Football Holiday Camps Only
Sky Blues in the Community Football Holiday Camps delivered by FA Qualified and FA Licensed Coaches who have completed a DBS Check, FA Emergency First Aid Training and FA Safeguarding Training.
The Football Holiday Camps are centred around fun and offer skills, games and competitions for children aged 5-11 years old.The day runs 9:00am-4:00pm (with flexible pick up / drop off times between 9:00-10:00am and 3:00-4:00pm).
A typical day sees a structure of skills, games and challenges take place in the morning and matches / mini tournaments in the afternoon.
The flexible pick up / drop off hours are a little less structured with multi-sport activities for children to take part in to cater for children turning up and leaving at differing times during these hours.
All children attending a full course will receive a Sky Blues medal and at the end of each full course an award-giving ceremony takes place seeing some children winning a Star Player, Respect or Coaches Award. Children who receive one of these three awards will be offered a unique matchday experience at a Coventry City Football Club Home League.
Please make sure the child/children attending the camp bring a packed lunch, plenty to drink, suitable clothing & footwear, shinpads and sunscreen.
PLEASE NOTE: WHEN HOLIDAY CAMPS TAKE PLACE OUTDOORS IN THE SPRING & SUMMER, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT CHILDREN BRING SUNSCREEN WITH THEM TO APPLY THEMSELVES THROUGHOUT THE DAY. WHEN CAMPS TAKE PLACE OUTDOORS IN AUTUMN & WINTER MONTHS, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT CHILDREN BRING WARM, WATERPROOF CLOTHING AND A CHANGE OF CLOTHES TOO.
