COGS Intermediate is a football session for ladies 18+ who are looking to develop their own skills and improve their own ability.
Crawley Old Girls (COGS) was an initiative set up through the Crawley Town Community Foundation, with funding from the Football League Trust Female Football Development (FFD) scheme. Sessions are designed for females who are 35+ and specifically older ladies, who have an interest and passion for football and who may not have had the opportunity to participate before. Sessions are based around the principles of fun, fitness and friendship, and are hugely popular.
