The Development Centre is the first step into our invitation-only player development pathway for male and female players. We aim to attract the best local players to represent Crawley Town Football Club. All of our players in these squads have been invited* from our community programmes and scouting systems.
Our experienced, qualified coaches use The FA’s four corner model to focus on the technical, physical, social and psychological development of our Development Squads.

Our U16's Development Centre is part of our player pathway that feeds into our U19 Education Academy.
Players are expected to train with their grassroots teams and play matches regularly.
