Beyond The Pitch - with Nathan Arnold
Beyond The Pitch - Promoting holistic health and wellness within individuals and our community. The sessions are informal, and interactive, allowing participants to engage in discussions and activities. These workshops aim to promote mental well-being and equip attendees with practical tools for managing their mental health.
Taking place once a month from January to July, Sessios will taek place on:
Session 1 - Wednesday 29th Jauary
Session 2 - Wednesday 26th Feburary
Session 3 - Wednesday 19th March
Session 4 - Wednesday 30th April
Session 5 - Wednesday 28th May
Session 6 - Wednesday 25th June
Session 7 - Wednesday 23th July
All are welcome and you are invited to attend as many sessions as you would like.
