Beyond The Pitch - Kick Off to Wellbeing is an introduction into promoting holistic health and wellness within individuals and our community. The sessions are informal, and interactive, allowing participants to engage in discussions and activities. These workshops aim to promote mental well-being and equip attendees with practical tools for managing their mental health. 

 

Please Note: There will be 3 initial workshops and then we will be advancing towards a themed workshop series after Christmas.
