Our holiday courses offer fun, interactive sessions aimed at 5 - 13 year olds. Take part in fun drills, plus the chance to learn about fitness, nutrition and game analysis.
All courses are run by fully qualified MFC Foundation staff who all have enhanced CRB checks. The Course costs £12 for 1 day and sessions run from 10.00 - 15.00. Participants must bring a packed lunch.Boys and Girls are welcome at this holiday course and each participant will receive a certificate. There will be the chance to win medals and prizes.
