Player Performance Pathway (U12-U16 year olds)

The Millwall Player Performance Pathway has been created to bridge the gap between grassroots and academy football. It has been designed to help identify and nurture local talent and prvide a direct pathway to the Millwall Academy for players with the required ability.

Please be aware that the surface is 3G and so appropriate footwear is required. You must also wear shinpads at all sessions or may be refused entry.
