We expect high standards of our staff. By adhering to our safeguarding children and safer recruitment policy, all staff must complete enhanced DBS checks and have up to date Safeguarding Children Training and Emergency Aid certificates. We expect high standards of our staff, therefore we only look to employ people who are capable of delivering engaging activities which are participant focussed.
