This group is advised to park in the main stadium car park. Enter the stadium through Gate 1 (near the players entrance) and a member of staff will be there to meet you and direct you to the stands and changing rooms.
Please arrive for 12:20 - kick off at 13:00 on the main pitch
FOOD/REFRESHMENTS: Hot/cold drinks and snacks will be available to purchase on site.
PHOTO CONSENT: To have been previously arranged by clubs.
SPECTATORS: On 4G Pitch - must stay off the pitch and behind the green fence, in The Dome - must stay behind the barrier, in The Stadium - must stay in the designated seats.
BEHAVIOUR: The highest standards are expected from players, coaching staff and all spectators attending. Please let the players play and make their own decisions without pressure from the sidelines.
OTHER: Games will be played on Grass & 3G. Clubs will need to look after their own injuries. Coaches to referee games (unless otherwise stated). Teams: Reading FC, Wycombe Wanderers FC, Woking FC.

By booking this session(s), you are giving permission for RFC Community Trust coaches to administer first aid if necessary, and to transfer the child to hospital should an emergency arise. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS, PLEASE RING THE OFFICE TO BOOK ON 0118 968 1460 / 0118 968 1480
Reading FC Community Trust courses are covered by Public Liability and Personal Accident Insurance. These are the only official courses run by Reading FC. Other courses may not meet our standards. The Community Trust Charity is a non-profit making grassroots organisation. Any surplus money made from the courses is redirected into the operation and expansion of the scheme. Our coaching staff are all FA qualified, hold a valid FA First Aid Certificate, have been police checked, and have attended an FA Child Protection Workshop and RFC Community Trust staff training programmes to ensure they are aware of new developments in football coaching. Places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment. Cancellations carry a £5 administration fee. No refunds will be given. Credit notes may be issued on receipt of a written request. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to property. Children attending the courses should not be left unsupervised at the venue until 10 minutes before and after the course day starts and ends. Any medical condition which may affect your child’s participation on the course MUST be fully disclosed. We cannot be held responsible for anything that comes to light after the booking is made and may jeopardise any treatment in the event of an accident. The coaches cannot hold valuables or monies on behalf of participants. Reading FC Community Trust will not be held responsible for loss/damage/theft of these items.
