Rotherham United Future stars & RUFC Pre-Academy are hosting FUN open sessions this July.
Rotherham United Future stars are the development centre for RUFC academy. The children who take part in the u7 age group also represent the pre-academy group for RUFC. Children will then have the chance to go on and represent the U8 for RUFC and Future stars in 2023 / 24 season if they perform well.
At the moment in time, 16 children are currently signed for the academy that have progressed through our Future Stars pathway.
Players might be offered a chance to be in our programme which includes:
- Sessions delivered by UEFA qualified and RUFC academy coaches
- Games programme with fixtures on Saturday mornings
- Wednesday training sessions
- RUFC Coaching syllabus
- Fixtures at the Academy every 2 weeks
