BALLIFIELD AFTER SCHOOL CLUB - KS2 GIRLS ONLY (SPRING TERM)

Welcome to Ballifield Primary School's after school club with Sheffield United Community Foundation. Your child must be a pupil of Balifield Primary School in Key Stage 2 and online booking is required in order for your child to attend this club. Due to the popularity of the club, payment in full is required for the full Spring Term Term (10 weeks). Booking is required before the first date and proof of your confirmation email should be handed to club staff on the first day. Day: Friday Time: 3.15pm-4.15pm Dates:17th January 2020 - 14th February 2020 (5 weeks) & 28th February - 27th March 2020 (5 weeks) Price: £36.50 (£3.50 per session + £1.50 booking charge) Please note: • No refunds will be issued should your child miss any of the dates throughout your pre-booked period for any reason* *Please contact us to enquire about exceptional circumstances and these will be considered based on individual cases. • We ask that you bring a copy of the confirmation email as proof of payment. • We cannot guarantee the security of personal items at clubs such as mobile phones, ipads, etc. Sheffield United Community Foundation will not take responsibility for lost or stolen personal items.
