Mundella - After School Club Key Stage 2 (Summer Term)

Welcome to Mundella Primary School's after school club with Sheffield United Community Foundation. Your child must be a pupil of Mundella Primary School in KS2 to attend this session group and online booking is required in order for your child to attend this club. Due to the popularity of the club, payment in full is required for the full summer. Booking is required before the first date and proof of your confirmation email should be handed to club staff on the first day. Day: Wednesday Time: 3.20pm - 4.20pm Dates: 20th April 2022 - 13th  July 2022 (Excluding half terms) Please note: • No refunds will be issued should your child miss any of the dates throughout your pre-booked period for any reason* *Please contact us to enquire about exceptional circumstances and these will be considered based on individual cases. • We ask that you bring a copy of the confirmation email as proof of payment. • We cannot guarantee the security of personal items at clubs such as mobile phones, ipads, etc. Sheffield United Community Foundation will not take responsibility for lost or stolen personal items. All items are left at your own risk
