Walking Football - (WGC Football Club - Thursday 10:00-11:00am) - March-July 2022

Men and women of all ages and levels of fitness or ability are invited to come along to one of our Walking Football sessions to take part in a slower paced version of the beautiful game.

With a number of sessions currently being delivered, enquiries are coming in on a weekly basis from older gentleman and women wanting to know more about the game and how they can get involved.

The great thing about Walking Football is that no experience is required and all abilities are welcome. The rules are exactly the same as normal football, however, you are not allowed to run or jog - strictly walking!
