Centre of Excellence Pre-Season Camp

Itinerary & Information Pack

Wednesday 29th August – Day 1.

08:20: Under 12’s Arrival & Registration, players taken to the lecture hall.

08:40: Under 11’s Arrival & Registration, players taken to the lecture hall.

09:00: Under 10’s Arrival & Regulations, players taken to the lecture hall.

Staff will be positioned to assist with directions etc – please arrive in training kit!

09:40: All staff & players induction, welcome talk for all attendees in the lecture hall.

10:00-12:30: First training session within their ages groups, with our ACT staff (snack break in between).

13:00-14:00: Lunch for all attendees & players to then take their bags to their allotted rooms.

14:30-16:00: Team building & classroom sessions.

16:30-17:30: Dinner for all attendees.

17:30-17:45: Down time for all players.

18:00-19:30: Team quiz & 3v3 futsal competitions (2 separate groups on 45 minute splits).

19:45: Shower etc before heading into rooms for down time & bed.

Thursday 30th August 2023 – Day 2.

07:30-08:30: Breakfast together before splitting off into squads.

08:30-09:15: Players to get ready for the day ahead, into kits etc & pack bags ready to leave at the end of the day.

09:30-10:45: U10’s Fixtures | U11’s & U12 alternate sports.

11:00-12:15: U11’s Fixtures | U10’s & U12’s alternate sports.

12:30-13:45: U12’s fixtures | U10’s & U11’s alternate sports.

Fixtures will consist of teams from Brannel, North Devon, Plymouth & Chivenor (if a third pitch is available, we will look to bring in IFA, Saints etc).

14:00-15:00: Late lunch for all attendees.

15:30-16:30: Collection of bags, presentation in the lecture hall for all coaches, parents & players.
