Walking Football is a slower version of the beautiful game that was designed to help get you back into football and exercise, with no running and no slide tackles. It’s a great way to keep fit, learn skills, have fun and socialise - all at the same time!
This session will take place on Monday evenings at Shrub End Community Sports Centre from 8:00pm - 9:00pm.
