Derby County Community Trust has been delivering high quality school based curriculum and afterschool enrichment sessions for the past 20 years. The Trust has a reputation for the quality of its provision across all its main themes of participation, health, education and inclusion. We work in over 150 schools across Derbyshire delivering 50 after-schools each week. Our holiday courses engage over 100 children each day of the school holidays.
As well as having a very talented and highly skilled delivery staff, the Trust runs the Derby City School Sport Partnership who aims to ensure all young people participate, enjoy and benefit from PE and School Sport.
All of our delivery staff are trained to an FA Level 2 standard in football coaching, but are also completing a level 3 qualification in the delivery of Physical Education in Primary Schools. They also have a range of other sports qualifications.
