You will receive full instructions for the course of your choice, including directions to the venue, at the time of booking. In general, though, participants should bring the following:

  • Plenty of non-fizzy liquids to drink
  • Shin pads, covered by football socks or tracksuit bottoms
  • Appropriate clothing for both indoor and outdoor use (including waterproofs, boots and trainers)
  • Warm clothing during the cold weather seasons
  • Depending on the course you may be advised to bring a packed lunch or snack

Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your session in order for your child to be signed in.
