*Please note this is a non refundable deposit to secure the fixture further costs will be emailed to the group organiser and the £50 deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.  

Once the purchase of the deposit has been made we will be in touch with the email address provided in the booking to organise ticket requirements. 

The flag bearing experience includes: 

• Match day tickets in a group booking within the family stand so all the party can sit together
• Pre match buffet for the flag bearers in the goal zone
• Access to the activity suite pre match for an hour
• Access to the dugout pre match and potentially meet some players / coaches / first team staff pitch side 
• Wave the flag to welcome the players onto the pitch 
• Get close up to the players warm up pre match 
• Photos of flag bearers pitchside / in dugouts / on the pitch 

Minimum 10, Maximum 16 flag bearers. 

Maximum of 20 additional tickets with the party (36 tickets in total within the party)

All ticket prices are discounted from the match day prices from the ticket office and platinum fixtures will be slightly more than all other fixtures.

Upon booking a member of the team will be in touch with you within a couple of weeks to organise ticket numbers and any further details. 

Matchday itinerary - 

• Group arrive and meet outside the goal zone - Kick off minus 1.5 hours (if you want to see the players in to the players entrance we advise arriving 2 hours before the match) 
• Group access the health space - kick off minus 1 hour
• Buffet served - kick off minus 1 hour 
• Flag bearers and 2 parent chaperones head pitch side (all other parents/carers/siblings head to the stands) - kick off minus 30 mins
• Flag bearers welcome players onto the pitch - kick off minus 5 mins 
• Flag bearers and chaperones are escorted back to the seats to enjoy the match - Kick off 

*Please note the fixtures are subject to a date and time change depending on the league making any alterations, teams will be expected to accomodate any fixture changes. 

The final invoice will be emailed over to the group organiser and must be paid in full at least 2 weeks before the fixture via BACS transfer.
