Welcome to Brook House Junior School after school club with Sheffield United Community Foundation. Your child must be a pupil of Brook House Junior School and online booking is required in order for your child to attend this club. Payment in full is required for the full 13 week term prior . Booking is required before the first date. Day: Friday Time: 3.15pm - 4.15pm Dates: 19th April - 12th July (excluding school holidays) Price: £54.00 (£4.50 per session for 12 weeks) Please note: • No refunds will be issued should your child miss any of the dates throughout your pre-booked period for any reason* *Please contact us to enquire about exceptional circumstances and these will be considered based on individual cases. • We ask that you bring a copy of the confirmation email as proof of payment. • We cannot guarantee the security of personal items at clubs such as mobile phones, ipads, etc. Sheffield United Community Foundation will not take responsibility for lost or stolen personal items.
