23/24 Monteney Summer 1 Football Club

Welcome to Monteney Primary School's after school club with Sheffield United Community Foundation. Your child must be a pupil of Monteney Primary School in years 3 - 6 and online booking is required in order for your child to attend this club. Due to the popularity of the club, payment in full is required for the full 5 weeks of Football. Booking is required before the first date and proof of your confirmation email should be handed to club staff on the first day. Day: Tuesdays Time: 3.05pm - 4.00pm Dates: 23rd April 2024 - 21st May 2024 Price: £22.50 (£4.50 per session for 5 weeks) Please note: • No refunds will be issued should your child miss any of the dates throughout your pre-booked period for any reason* *Please contact us to enquire about exceptional circumstances and these will be considered based on individual cases. • We ask that you bring a copy of the confirmation email as proof of payment. • We cannot guarantee the security of personal items at clubs such as mobile phones, ipads, etc. Sheffield United Community Foundation will not take responsibility for lost or stolen personal items. All items are left at your own risk.

If the club is cancelled or your child for any reason misses a session due to a teachers strike no refunds will be given.
