MUNDELLA AFTER SCHOOL CLUB - KEY STAGE 2 (SPRING TERM)

Welcome to Mundella Primary School's after school club with Sheffield United Community Foundation. Your child must be a pupil of Mundella Primary School in years 3-6 and online booking is required in order for your child to attend this club. Due to the popularity of the club, payment in full is required for the full Spring Term (10 weeks). Booking is required before the first date and proof of your confirmation email should be handed to club staff on the first day. Day: Wednesday Time: 3.30pm - 4.30pm Dates:15th January 2020 - 12th February 2020 (5 weeks) & 26th February - 25th March 2020 (5 weeks) Price: £41.50 (£4.00 per session + £1.50 booking charge) Please note: • No refunds will be issued should your child miss any of the dates throughout your pre-booked period for any reason* *Please contact us to enquire about exceptional circumstances and these will be considered based on individual cases. • We ask that you bring a copy of the confirmation email as proof of payment. • We cannot guarantee the security of personal items at clubs such as mobile phones, ipads, etc. Sheffield United Community Foundation will not take responsibility for lost or stolen personal items.
