Wigan Athletic Community Trust are delighted to announce the launch of the Little Latics sessions, for boys and girls in Reception class (ages 4-5). The sessions will run from 10-10.50am on Saturday mornings at St Peter's Sports Hall, Howards Lane, Wigan, WN5 8NU. These sessions will be delivered by Wigan Athletic Community Trust coaches and will focus on developing football and multi-sports skills in a fun, friendly and safe environment.
The sessions specifically focus on developing the ABCs (Agility, Balance, Coordination) of every child who participates. Studies have shown that children’s neural development is 95% developed by the age of 10, so these ABCs are essential buildings blocks for all children. It is also an excellent opportunity to develop friendships, social skills, and spatial awareness. Session will cost £5 per week.
