At our Elite centre’s we focus on improving the players based on the 4 corner module (technical, physical, psychological and social), with the key areas being the technical and tactical side of the game, making it match realistic and challenging. At our Elite centre’s they will play with some of the highest level footballers outside of academy football. Our aim is to give them the highest level of coaching and provide them with the tools and guidance they need to be a better player and person, as well as preparing them for the next step, which is Academy Football.
Elite centre players are also given the opportunity to represent Reading FC Community Trust in half term games days against other clubs & community programmes.
Please note, parents/guardians of participants who have epilepsy should notify the Trust before booking  sessions so the specificities of the child’s condition can be discussed in detail to ensure their health and safety is prioritised.

When attending sessions, neither the Pupil nor the Parent/Carer/Guardian will be suffering from any contagious illness, disease, injury, or anything similar. It is the Parent/Carer/Guardian responsibility to inform Reading FC Community Trust about any condition that could affect their child’s performance during sessions. You agree to inform us of any changes, as soon as you become aware of them by contacting the office (see below).

Emergency evacuation purposes: Please inform the coaching team if you intend to leave the session early for any reason.

Safeguarding & Child protection: To comply with our ‘Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy’ and best practice, we request that parents/carers DO NOT take photographs or videos at sessions. Our coaches will do their best to enforce this; however, due to the nature of their works during sessions, no guarantee is given that they can enforce this. On occasions, Reading FC community Trust may organise photo shoots, but if only parental consents have been obtained.

Our Classes: Are designed with pupil’s physical, social, cognitive, and emotional development in mind. Moving children into classes before a certain age could be challenging for them and detrimental to their progress. We have therefore, applied a minimum and maximum age to each level, which is based around these considerations and must be adhered to. Reading FC Community Trust may decide to move children up age groups dependent on their physical, technical and mental ability.
