It is the Parent/Carer/Guardian responsibility to inform Reading FC Community Trust about any condition that could affect their child’s performance during sessions. You agree to inform us of any changes, as soon as you become aware of them by contacting the office (see below).

Safeguarding & Child protection: To comply with our ‘Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy’ and best practice, we request that parents/carers DO NOT take photographs or videos at sessions. Our coaches will do their best to enforce this; however, due to the nature of their works during sessions, no guarantee is given that they can enforce this. On occasions, Reading FC community Trust may organise photo shoots, but if only parental consents have been obtained.

Our Classes: Are designed with pupil’s physical, social, cognitive, and emotional development in mind. Moving children into classes before a certain age could be challenging for them and detrimental to their progress. We have therefore, applied a minimum and maximum age to each level, which is based around these considerations and must be adhered to. Reading FC Community Trust may decide to move children up age groups dependent on their physical, technical and mental ability.

No refunds will be given unless RFC Community Trust cancel the course, but credit notes maybe issued upon child becoming unwell and unable to attend course. (£5.00 admin will be applied)
